Before Project Start:
If a cancellation request is made before project initiation, you are eligible for a full refund.After Project Start:
Once the project has begun, refunds will be provided only if Prop IT Solutions fails to deliver as per the agreed scope of work.
Any partial refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the completed work portion.Completed Projects:
No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and final deliverables are approved by the client.
2. Digital Marketing & Subscription Services
For ongoing services such as SEO, social media marketing, or hosting:
Payments made for monthly, quarterly, or annual marketing or hosting plans are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
Clients may request service cancellation for the next billing cycle by notifying us at least 7 days before renewal.
3. Website & App Development
If development work has begun, refund eligibility will depend on the project progress.
Any third-party purchases (domain, hosting, plugins, or APIs) made on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
